A patient arrives at Seattle Grace needed a very complicated surgery. This causes some drama as Richard gets really upset when Derek selects Owen to perform it instead of him.

Dr Avery, the man that the Avery award is named after, is rushed to the hospital.  His strange request for surgery creates some serious tension between Derek and Richard.  The doctors then find out that Jackson is the legend’s grandson and of course everyone is shocked!

It’s a Grey’s Anatomy Valentine’s Day special… except one problem, it’s not a love-fest.  Instead, the hospital is full of patients after a restaurant’s room collapses on Valentine’s Day injuring many of the couples that were on their romantic night out.

On Derek’s first day as interim Chief, he tries to accomplish a whole lot. He tries to convince Richard to get professional help for his drinking problem, earn the respect of the hospital stall, all while trying to avoid a potential lawsuit.

Miranda gets a visit from her father, William who disapproves of her choices in life.  Poor Miranda. Meanwhile, Mark and Lexie cope with an arrival of a woman from his past. Thatcher questions the Chief’s recent behavior as Meredith comes to his defense. Drama! Romance! Grey’s watch grey’s anatomy now!

Looks like Izzie is back in this episode… and she might be pregnant!  Could that be a good explanation to why she’s been refusing any hardcore treatments?  I don’t think I can wait any longer to see this episode… Start watching Grey’s Anatomy online now!

Seattle Grace gets a HUGE donation of 25 million dollars from the parents of a patient but the situation gets tricky when the patient’s condition worsens.  Also in this episode Cristina tests her boundaries with Owen and Alex has to deal with some big hospital bills.  This should be a great episode of Grey’s Anatomy.

It’s risky surgery time!  Isaac’s tumor is basically unoperable because it’s wrapped around the spine but he wants Derek togo ahead anyways… It’s also a real test of the Chief’s authority.  Watch and see how it all plays out!
