   Am I the only avid GA fan who wonders if there’s even ONE likeable Mercy West resident? Let them all go…please! The story line around the romantic tension between Christina, Owen and Teddy is good. In her oddball way, Christina is playing it just right: concerned, aware, not over-reactive. (Sandra Oh is a fabulous actress!). Teddy is endearing but will fans love and lose her if Owen doesn’t return her confessions of love? Too many losses of beloved characters to absorb. Leave well enough alone, and find Teddy someone else to love.

   I also like “Happy Mer” in her post-marriage contentment, as well as Derek’s steadfast friendship toward the Chief, much as he has done with Meredith. Callie and Arizona in a happy relationship is a nice touch. Good work, folks.

   But it’s time to stop the disapproving parents arriving out of the blue to scold their recalcitrant children (Callie and Miranda) and quickly make peace by the hour’s end. What’s the point of that?
   Miranda is the finest character on the show. Wouldn’t it be better to have her parents arrive to lend a hand in her complicated life instead of to criticize her? Once Dad gave his apology, you made room to develop this possibility. Please do. It would be great to watch a family come together in support of a divorced daughter, much like what ultimately happened with Callie’s father.

   Here’s my big no-no. Richard’s drinking. This is the truth, folks: Everyone who works an OR knows when a doc is an alcoholic. There are no secrets there. Hands shake. Decisions are off. And it gets talked about because of the medical ethics of the situation. It’s just not possible for only Meredith to know Richard has a drinking problem, for Miranda to look the other way when Richard makes a serious surgical error, or for his wife not to have a clue that alcohol is the problem (rather than an affair) when he’s at the bar every night. So if this is the angle Richard’s story is going to take, at least get it right and make it real.

   That, and get rid of the Mercy West’ers (or give them something valuable to contribute other than their prickliness & game-playing), and you’ve still got a great show! Thanks to everyone on the team and in the cast!

   hi there, did you find out if episode is the last one of season 6???? i´m a massive fan of G:A and just wanna know when its on again. Any idea????

   Meredith Jordan: I so agree with you!!
   The fact that has been bothering me the most is that the stories of one episode never make it into the next one except for some few patients…

   No, Meredith you are not the only Avid Fan of Grey’s. I, too, do not like or am still trying to get used to the Mercy Westers. I think, I may like the black guy that was hitting on Christina, but I don’t know yet. And again I totally agree with you that she (Sandra Oh) is an excellent actress. She and Bailey are my favorites on the show and I really don’t like that they took the edge off of her (bailey)…Unless I missed it somewhere, the reasons why she divorced were different than the ones she told on PRivate Practice. (Don’t know if you watch it…) but she was saying something about Tucker cheating over the internet or something of the other and in Grey’s it was because of her time at work and him giving her an ultimatum.
   I do like “married” Mer…though in my eyes they’re not really married and I will be glad when they actually get married. I like that Callie is happy but in my world she would still be happily married to George because I hated that they made George’s character sleep with Izzy and then it didn’t work out. I hated that. It was stupid.

   And of course I can’t wait to find out what’s going to happen with Richard. I kinda felt sorry for Meredith because he made it her burden and she already has one alcoholic father, she doesn’t need another one to look after. But I’m glad that they are doing something interesting with his character and I’m anxious to find out what will become of all of this.

   I love this show…I just hope it doesn’t fall off like ER did. Even though I would hate to see it go, I would rather it did, than it just going off the cliff.

   does anyone know why new episodes are not available on line yet? I’m from south america, it is 2 months delayed on “our”air. Can’t live without the weekly updated grey’s anatomy doses…are they taking sometime off??? Last episode I can find is dated Nov 19th… Please give me some light!!! Would much appreciate it

    Tranquilla Vale…from what I know, next episode will air on Jan 14th, and it’ll be another grey’s/private practice crossover… can’t wait for it!

    What happened to Grey’s Anatomy? Why is thare such a big gap between episodes? It’s been weeks and weeks! I love this show!
