You do have to hand it to the cast of Grey’s Anatomy. And you have to love them for the idea that, even outside of the series, they do have tremendous support for each other, particularly when it comes to charities and causes that their co-stars are into.
Just recently three of the stars of Grey’s Anatomy – Chandra Wilson (Miranda Bailey), Justin Chambers (Alex Karev), and Kim Raver (Teddy Altman) were at a charity marathon, as reported by USA Today.
According to the report, the three were at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Pasadena Half Marathon, to benefit the Cure Mito foundation, whose main thrust is to raise awareness to mitochondrial disease. It was learned that Chandra Wilson’s daughter apparently suffers from it.
Kim Raver was more than happy to be at the event in support of her friend and the friend’s daughter. In fact, she says she believes in the organization and says that she gladly helped out because Chandra has been such a good team player on the show.
Isn’t it amazing how they work well together even off the set?

Grow up already Allmusic critics, besuace it was mostly blue collar who loved and bought this music, not owners!
