The current season of Grey’s Anatomy has brought with it a tragedy for Kim Raver’s character Teddy. While we can only imagine what it would be like to busily working away to fix somebody’s mistake in one operating room, while our husband is being operated on in another for Raver or at least her character in the series, this was a reality.

As Grey’s fans, myself included were glued to screens wondering when someone was going to reveal the tragic news of her husband’s death. I mean I didn’t have to worry about the “if factor” eventually she was going to find out, for me it was the “when”. Raver recently opened up about the tragic loss her character suffered recently on the show and teased what fans can expect to come from it.

When Raver first found out her husband on the series Henry would die, she said she wasn’t concerned but rather a little excited as she knows her characters has many layers to work through. This opportunity, or Henry’s death will showcase how Teddy grieves and according to Raver it will be played out in a different way. She added that Teddy is going to become a workaholic. This I am personally not surprised with as I could definitely see her character diving into her work rather than coping with her husband’s death.

As well, Grey’s fans can expect trouble and by trouble I mean obvious tension between Teddy and Owen on the show. Raver added it will be exciting to see what comes out of the tension for both her character, as well as Kevin McKidd’s as the storyline progresses.
