With Season 6 so far away (September 24th), there’s not really much to talk about. Katherine Heigl is staying for another season and T. R. Knight is leaving. Jessica Capshaw, who plays Dr. Arizona Robbins has been promoted to a series regular for the upcoming season, but we all know that. So, in hot, summer days, drinking cold water and possibly melting into a puddle, the only thing left to do is fantasize.

Who’s your favorite non-canon (i.e. not already together, or was together, on the show) couple?

Izzie/Derek? Possibly, although I doubt anyone would want to see Patrick Dempsy guzzling down cupcakes like they were running out of fashion.

Alex/Meredith? Again, it all comes down to Patrick. Do we want to see him alon? Didn’t think so.
