One of the ideas brought up in this episode is that “You don’t leave the people you love alone.” Do you agree with this?

When someone you love is being a Derek, angry at himself and questioning his life…or an Izze, obviously hiding something…or a Chief, taking out his stress on everyone around him…or a Dr. Hunt, trying to battle the demons in his past…do you leave them alone and let them be for a while, hoping that this will allow them some time to themselves until they come around again? Or do you fight against their protests or attempts to push you away in order to try and help them?
