Miranda gets a visit from her father, William who disapproves of her choices in life.  Poor Miranda. Meanwhile, Mark and Lexie cope with an arrival of a woman from his past. Seattle Grace gets a HUGE donation of 25 million dollars from the parents of a patient but the situation gets tricky when the patient’s condition worsens.  Also in this episode Cristina tests her boundaries with Owen and Alex has to deal with some big hospital bills.  This should be a great episode of Grey’s Anatomy.

It’s risky surgery time!  Isaac’s tumor is basically unoperable because it’s wrapped around the spine but he wants Derek togo ahead anyways… It’s also a real test of the Chief’s authority.  Watch and see how it all plays out!
